Terms of service
The agreement between you and InstantViral when you place an order. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
1. Who we are
InstantViral (“we”, “us”) runs instantviral.uk. You can contact us at support@instantviral.uk. These terms apply to every order placed on the site.
2. What we provide
We provide one-off packages that increase the number of followers on a public TikTok or Instagram account, or the number of likes on one public TikTok video or Instagram post. We do not provide real, active or location-specific followers, and we do not promise any change in views, reach, engagement, sales or income.
3. Who can order
You must be 18 or over. You must own the account you order for, or have the owner’s permission.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us a correct username or link, and keep the account, video or post public until delivery is complete.
- Don’t change the username or delete the content while an order is running.
- Don’t use a package to mislead anyone, for example by presenting bought numbers to customers or brands as evidence of genuine popularity.
- Understand that buying followers or likes is against TikTok’s and Instagram’s rules, and that those platforms may remove followers or likes or take action on accounts. You accept that risk when you order.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the full amount you pay. Payment is taken in advance on a secure hosted checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing renews.
6. Delivery
Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment and is paced over hours or, for large packages, a day or two. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Refill
If the number we delivered drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, we will top it up free on request, provided the account or content is still public and the username or link is unchanged. Email us with your order reference.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Your rights to cancel and to refunds are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Our liability
If we fail to provide what you paid for, we will finish the order, refill it or refund the undelivered part. We are not responsible for decisions TikTok or Instagram make about your account, or for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
